Helix can display only information recorded in Apple Health that you have authorized. Some metrics require a compatible device or data from connected apps. If a metric is missing, first check whether it is available in the Health app.
Check whether Apple Health has recent records and confirm the permissions granted to Helix, then reopen the app to refresh the display. If the difference persists, include the affected section and selected date range in your report.
Open TestFlight and use its feedback feature, or email the support address below. Helpful details include your iPhone model, iOS version, Helix version, and the steps needed to reproduce the issue.
